German reporting describes a Delmenhorst man convicted for Black Axe membership, fraud and laundering, with hundreds of thousands of euros taken through love scams. The first-in-Germany claim remains attributed; international network reporting does not locate every operation or count additional cases.
Investigation or court: Germany
Unlisted locations remain unknown. Nationality, language and web address alone do not establish where a scam happened.
These labels describe the available reporting. “Not reported” does not mean a harm did not happen. A theme's stage applies to that statement, not every claim in the article.

Only direct reviewed connections are shown. Shared wording is weaker evidence than a supported case connection. A connection through a third article does not establish that two reports concern the same case.
The new source and retained podcast both explicitly describe a Delmenhorst man and the reported first German conviction for Black Axe membership with romance fraud. This distinctive phrasing supports one qualified family. Other Black Axe reports concern Swiss arrests, South Africa extraditions, five defendants, twelve defendants/Augsburg or a second Oldenburg proceeding; the organization name does not identify the same case. The unnamed 46-year-old/307,000 account is not merged without an explicit identity bridge.
